I am exclusively an on-location photographer. Let's explore places that work best for your family or style. I prefer to shoot a mix of candid and posed photos. Comfortability in front of the camera is so important, so we will take the first part of the session to ease in, and let your session take shape organically. Documenting the feeling behind your connections with silliness, messiness, smiles and sometimes tears is the true authentic nature of my photography. The magic starts with you....

FAQ
How many images will we receive?
I want you to have the best images that tell your full story and magic we have created. I wont limit how many images you receive. Reliving all the "feels" of the laugher, messiness, and sweet moments are the reason we are here. A full session usually results in 25+ edited portraits unless a styled mini session has been purchased.
How should we dress for our family session?
Dressing for family photos is about coordinating, not necessarily matching. Choose 2-4 colors, some neutral, some brighter, even a pattern or two that compliment each other, and mix and match them among family members. If you need help, I am here to guide you through before your session. Most importantly, wear what you feel comfortable in, and that makes you feel good!
Will you pose us?
Yes, but the biggest component to candid photos is the organic way in which your family connects. I will help the flow by making suggestions and prompts (yes, this means getting close and intimate with your partner/hugs and kisses) I will want you to snuggle, dance, run, play and just BE YOU! If there is a pose you would like to replicate, please let me know during our pre-session questionnaire and I will do my best to make it happen.
Where will we shoot?
I am an on-location photographer. Before our session I will email you a questionnaire to get to know your family better and determine the vibe and tone of your session. If you have a special space you feel connected with, let’s go there, otherwise I can suggest locations based on what is important to you.
Do you travel?
Yes, I can travel outside my normal photography locations. If we can make it work, your session would include a travel fee per hour.
